The vision for this development is a community where families can live, work, dine, shop, and build relationships with their neighbors.
The mixed-use design will attract key services like pediatricians and dental offices, provide much-needed office and retail space for local businesses to put down roots, and provide a home where they can live in the community they serve.
Walkability and bike-ability are two crucial components to this plan, and it is intended that the plan be accessible and open to the public with multiple open green spaces and a dog park for the community at large.
Solar panels along the roofs, EV charging stations throughout, and other innovative technologies like smart access controls, thermostats, and building systems will ensure that the project is designed with the future, the environment, and the site’s place in the community in mind.
